In addition to working with our agency, you will need to hire attorneys, an escrow holder, and, potentially, an insurance broker.

The intended parent(s) and surrogate will each need their own attorney. The services of an escrow management company will be needed for fund management. Depending on the surrogate’s current insurance, you may need to work with an insurance broker for health, life, death, and/or short-term disability insurance.

Heartland Surrogacy can help you find experienced providers either in our network of preferred providers or within a particular geographic area. We are also happy to work with any qualified providers of your choosing.
