- are 21-42 years old and live in a surrogacy-friendly state.
- have a BMI between 19-35 and have not had gastric bypass surgery.
- have given birth to and are parenting at least one child.
- have a history of healthy, non-complicated pregnancy and delivery.
- haven’t had more than 3 c-sections.
- have been a non-smoker for at least 6 months and are living in a non-smoking home.
- have no history of criminal activity; you (and your partner, if applicable) agree to criminal background checks.
- have a stable, responsible lifestyle.
- are financially sound with no government assistance.
